Resumo

A Torre de Controle Logística proporciona uma visibilidade completa para as empresas ao longo da cadeia de suprimentos e do transporte. Isso simplifica a identificação de problemas e oportunidades de aprimoramento no mercado. Os impactos negativos podem ser prontamente solucionados e vantagens competitivas podem ser criadas. O objetivo deste trabalho é detalhar o conceito e os benefícios da Torre de Controle Logística, bem como apresentar as três possíveis abordagens para a implementação desse sistema em empresas e analisar seus motivadores: visão 1 empresa que desenvolveu internamente esse monitoramento; visão 2 empresa que comercializa e implementa esse sistema para outras empresas e visão 3 empresa que está no estágio inicial do projeto de implantação e busca a parceria com uma consultoria especializada.
