Abstract

Organizational changes are frequent and impact various sectors, including project management. Therefore, continuous data analysis followed by a detailed plan defining roles, initiatives, deadlines, and responsibilities is essential. To enhance understanding of the impact of changes within projects, this study aims to examine how the variables proposed by Arefazar et al. (2022) are applied in a technology company operating in the agricultural sector. The research method involved a literature review using the Scopus database and an interview with the company’s project director for the case study. Key findings indicate that the company’s approach aligns with existing literature, particularly regarding changes in technical specifications, fluctuations in project values, and the importance of a well-structured contract.
